This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery of your orders placed through anglingmad.co.uk.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

• When your order has shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are postal delays, we’ll contact you by email to let you know.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery:

• ​Shipping is priced by weight of order.

• Estimated 2-3 days.

If faster delivery is required, please email anglingmad1@gmail.com and we will see what can be arranged.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

International Shipping

At the moment, Angling Mad ships only within the UK.
We plan to offer international delivery in the future — please check back for updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable).
You can use this number on the courier’s website to follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged in transit:

1. Please contact us at anglingmad1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

2. Include your order number and any tracking details.

3. We’ll investigate and work with our courier to resolve the issue quickly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item(s) and email us immediately at anglingmad1@gmail.com 
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
