We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and how to return an item.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
Some items may be exempt from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., bait, liquids, or opened packaging). These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
How to Return an Item

Email us at anglingmad1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

Pack your item securely and send it back using a trackable postal service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged on arrival).
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at anglingmad1@gmail.com before returning it, so we can reserve the replacement for you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take care to ensure all products reach you in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Include photos of the damage or defect in your email.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first.
